Very Cool! December 26, 2007 H. Flannery (Birmingham, AL USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a very nice garage. It is bigger than I thought it would be, so I was pleasantly surprised at the size. The wood is very sturdy as well. I would recommend using wood glue as you are assembling it, because some of the parts do want to pop off during play (some are supposed to, but my kids are notorious for losing things)!

The garage was a present for a boy 4+ years old. He plays with it several hours a day. The toy was well made and sturdy like the "old time" wooden toys which with a four year old is important. It appears that this garage is going to stand up to many hours of hard play. I would recommend this toy for any child who likes to play with matchbox type cars.
Wonderful Garage February 21, 2008 Macy (Ventura, CA) I purchased this garage for my 2 year old son for Christmas. I was looking for a wooden garage and this was perfect. I read all the reviews and the first thing I did when I assembled it was glue all the pieces together. We have not had any issues with it and it was worth the extra time securing everything in place. I wanted a garage for my son to put all his matchbox cars that looked nice and was not plastic. He plays with this garage everyday and loves it. It was worth every penny.
A different kind of garage August 31, 2008 Steven Summers (Frederick, MD USA) My son loves cars. He started asking for a garage months before his third birthday and we wanted to get just the right one. I read dozens of reviews - trying to read between the lines where needed. From the pictures this garage looked great. All of the reviews I read said it was nice wood and well made bug complained about the top deck not being fastened. I decided to risk it and I'm glad I did. The instructions would be better with a short statement about how simple it is. There are only two screws that hold the elevator tower to the base. The rest of the pieces are cleverly engineered to loosely interlock. It took about 10 minutes to put together - but that was with my son playing with it from the time the first level was put in place. The top level is in fact not attached and just sits there held in place by gravity. After the first day or two no one has dislodged it and my three year old can put it back in place. The only problem we have now is the ongoing argument between my son and my daughters who keep installing doll furniture and converting it into condos. I paid $27 plus shipping and this was a good price. I would have been slightly disappointed if I'd paid the $49 that I saw it listed for by some vendors.
Somewhat pleased January 7, 2008 Terri Chaney (Big Spring, TX United States) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
We bought this for our three year old son. There is no way
for this to hold together and glue was not strong enough so
I used screws everwhere. Other than that it is very nice for the
money.
